無退換貨政策 (All Sales are Final)：鑒於體育卡片團拆（Sports Card Breaks）之隨機性與特殊性質，所有交易一旦完成下單或直播活動開始，恕不接受任何形式的退款、取消或更換席位請求。時間變動權利：主辦方 (GDSC) 保留視席位販售情況或技術因素調整直播時間之最終權利。

延期不退款政策：若直播因未滿團或不可抗力因素而「延期」或「改期」，主辦方不接受退款要求。您的席位將自動保留至該團正式開拆。

法定年齡限制：參與者必須年滿 18 歲，或達到您所在地法律規定之完全民事行為能力年齡。若經查證未達法定年齡，我們保留取消其參與資格且不予退款之權利。

風險揭露：團拆結果具有高度隨機性，下單即代表您理解並願意承擔相關風險。本站不保證獲得特定價值或特定球員之卡片。

GDSC is a private entity. All transactions, GD Coins purchases, and breaks are commercial activities and DO NOT constitute tax-deductible donations to GDB NPO.
Binding Agreement: Completing a purchase or redemption request constitutes a legally binding agreement to abide by all site rules and terms.

No Refund Policy (All Sales are Final): Due to the nature of sports card breaks, all sales are final once the order is confirmed or the live event begins. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted.
GDSC reserves the right to reschedule any live break due to unfilled slots or technical issues. Please note that all sales are final; no refunds will be issued for rescheduled or postponed events. Full refunds will only be processed if the event is officially cancelled by GDSC.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be a minor.

Risk Disclosure: Card breaking involves randomness. There is no guarantee of receiving specific players or card values. By participating, you accept all inherent risks of the break.
